Your tasks:

  • Reconciliation of bank accounts, verification of incoming and outgoing payments
  • Checking, account assignment and posting of various business transactions/special cases
  • Asset directory management
  • Processing of payment transactions
  • Monitoring of open items, dunning
  • Creation of the monthly statement
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Creation of external reports, e.g. B. Advance sales tax return
  • Participation in payroll accounting

 

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training, studies or trained tax clerk
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
  • Analytical thinking and careful and structured way of working
  • Good knowledge of DATEV and Microsoft Office applications
